Senior Occupational Therapist

Nita Desai

Nita Desai is a CORU registered Senior Occupational Therapist with over 30 years’ experience. Nita works with adults who require seating and wheelchair assessments, as well as assistance with housing adaption grants.

Nita obtained her bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in India and a further Master’s in Evidence Based Therapy Practice from University College Cork. Nita has advanced qualifications in Sensory Integration Therapy and has attended further training courses in the areas of Attachment issues/Behavioural issues, related to Sensory Integration.

Nita is a registered member of The Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland (AOTI) and is available for assessment, therapy, and group training courses, as well as professional supervision for other occupational therapists.
